Grandma, who’s completely out of her mind, has escaped from Durkee in Mexico and is now racing through the city, desperately trying to evade capture. To avoid being caught and sent back to the asylum, she must cover a specific distance. However, she’s not only being chased by orderlies armed with straitjackets, but she also faces a series of challenging obstacles—sharp turns, holes, fences, and other dangers designed to slow her down. As she fumbles through the streets, grandma also gathers gold coins along the way, adding an extra layer of excitement to her frantic escape.
